When Gretchen of The Functional Kitchen signed with Social InterAction in January of 2023, they were running paid ads & organic marketing with another agency. They turned to Erin out of frustration. They were spending on paid Meta ads, but did not feel the return on investment made sense for their business objectives. Their website was neglected & their messaging felt stale. They were seeking a full energetic upgrade & revised approach that would better align with their goals.

The first step was to go regain inspiration & align messaging with the powerful transformations clients were experiencing as a result of Gretchen’s programs. The Brand Clarity Power Session was used to adjust messaging clarity & breath new life into the brand.

Erin then, optimized & updated Gretchen’s website to align with the new messaging, and create more efficient conversion pathways. The result was a complete upgrade to where prospects were spending their time and better retention on offer pages.

Erin then optimized the organic & paid marketing strategy with the Brand Activation plan. Within a few months of execution, Instagram organic followers were up 93% and profile visits were up 37%. Better yet, paid ads now more efficiently match Gretchen’s business goals. Erin was able to save the client 50% per month, increase website traffic by 300x and also drive email sign ups for her workshop. Gretchen is now feeling confident in her marketing plan, connected to her messaging & she is now expanding her offerings to include a membership & moving into speaking engagements.

The Blooming Decorator came to Social InterAction at a pivotal moment in their career. Their ask was to help reposition the brand & services after 25 years providing full service landscape & design services. At this point, the business owner was scaling back their offerings to allow for a more easeful lifestyle and an additional passion projects.

They wanted to make a seamless transition and needed support to provide clear communication of their offerings to long time customers and expand their reach to new audiences online.

Erin worked with the client to re-build their website under a new updated format that allowed for their legacy brand to shine and validate their new product set.

The website opened up new doors for conversion to support her strongest client acquisition channel, which is word of mouth. When building the website, it was important that future clients could go through the conversion process without talking directly to the business owner since so much of her work was in the field & away from a computer or phone. The structure of the website has resulted in leads being sent directly to her through a booking system.

The website was also optimized to allow for expansion as the business owner adds in new digital products to support her during her semi-retirement that is currently anything but dull! In fact, she is more energized and vibrant than ever proving that it is never too late to start something new & follow your heart.

Optimized Social Media Strategy

Self-Care Consulting started to work with Social InterAction on their TikTok strategy, with a desire to drive more impactful results. They were burnt out of posting on social and felt they were not getting back enough results to justify the energy it took to keep their social media presence going.

Through her Brand Clarity Power Session & Brand Activation offerings, Erin worked with the brand to develop a sustainable strategy that would provide big results.

North Star Messaging and core activation pillars were designed to highlight the business owners’ expertise & insert offerings organically into existing conversations online.

This strategy surpassed expectations for increased follower & engagements on TikTok & was rolled out to additional channels including Facebook and Instagram. Better yet, the client reported lower stress levels, discovered her creative genius and actually started to have fun posting her content online!

Big Brand Experience

Mars Wrigley

While working with the Integer Group, Erin represented the full portfolio of confectionary products inclusive of favorites like M&M, Skittles & Snickers.

She planned & purchased national promotional materials for Mars Wrigley Confectionary aimed at driving sales across grocery & c-store categories.

The buys were eye catching and often introduced new products. Tactics included grocery store signage, festival events and on-air promotional radio .

McDonald’s

Through contracts with Offbeat Media & the B3 Agency, Erin provided media strategy & paid-ad support for several McDonald’s products.

McDonald’s was on a mission to generate fandom for their products among Gen Z & Millennials on TikTok. This was early in the TikTok era, and Erin was at the forefront of the new medium. Together with creative teams, she provided that authentic social vertical video could pay off with real world , business results.

Campaigns succeeded in driving both online conversation & in-store traffic at only a few cents per transaction. This kept the brand coming back for more & allowed for multiple years of campaigns to be activated across TikTok.

P&G

Erin started her career in advertising at Starcom MediaVest Group buying ads online & across Television for Secret, Pampers, Gillette & Covergirl . She executed strategic positioning, buy negotiations & stewardship.

This time period was an pivotal time in advertising as online programmatic & social media were just launching as new advertising mediums. Erin worked with P&G to navigate these new mediums & the brand was often at the lead of setting the standards for execution & delivery expectations.
